Members also benefit from the convenient “Treat Me Now” in-app feature, allowing swift care for common concerns such as colds, flu, allergies, and UTIs.
One Medical’s membership provides unlimited virtual care without additional costs, covering services through the One Medical app. The platform facilitates easy navigation of care, including prescription management, secure messaging with providers, and follow-up actions after appointments.
In addition to virtual care, Prime members residing near One Medical locations can schedule same- and next-day in-person appointments at any of One Medical’s numerous primary care offices across the U.S. These offices prioritize patient experience, offering stress-free environments, on-site labs, punctual appointments, and extended visits with primary care providers.
