[Rumor] Final Fantasy XV to be Released for Every HD Platform

Their is a rumor going on that Final Fantasy will have a special 25th anniversary announcement at E3.

According to GameMaster’s U.K. magazine, Square Enix will be announcing that FFXV will be released for every platform, including PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PC.

Like all rumors, take this with a grain of salt.

My Thoughts:

This rumor is a bit confusing to me. It being on PC is really rare, ever since Final Fantasy 8. That was the last main Final Fantasy game they released on PC besides the MMOs. I would think was an MMO (AKA a bad idea) if not for the 360 part. Microsoft is pretty much never going let anyone do cross-platform gaming because of xbox live so I dont think it’s an MMO, but a return to mainstream Final Fantasy on PC would be pretty insane. I won’t get my hopes up though, knowing it will be a console port and Square-Enix is not so great at doing that. I might pick this up for Wii U, just because this will be my first Final Fantasy game (FFIV) played on Nintendo. This would seem to be fitting for the 25th.
