God of War: Ascension Due Spring 2013

Sony officially announced God of War: Ascension this morning, confirming last night’s Amazon leak.

In development at SCE Santa Monica Studio for PlayStation 3, God of War: Ascension is due in spring 2013.

Aside from the debut trailer, the team has not shared much. It will host a live streaming event on Facebook on Monday, April 30 at 8am Pacific Time, where it will “give you a glimpse of what’s in store” for the title. Game director Todd Papy will be taking in questions about the game via the @PlayStation Twitter account. Tweet your best questions by April 27 at 3pm Pacific Time, and if it’s asked during the show, you’ll get a signed God of War: Ascension poster.
